Shipping And Returns

Here at Jekofit we ensure to provide a seamless shopping experience from order placement to delivery. Once an order is placed, we will process and provide efficient delivery as quick as possible. Our standard delivery takes 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.  However, we understand that sometimes customers may need to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, it must have all original tags attached and returned in its original packaging. Additionally, it must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs unless item was damaged or incorrect. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at …………………………. We will guide you through the exchange process and ship your new item as soon as we receive the original.
